Over The Shoulder

When my group planned our shots, we had to take height into consideration. In order to solve this problem, we decided to shoot ourselves as we were sitting. We also had to think about the sun's position and place ourselves accordingly. We did follow the rule of thirds because that was the only way we could see both people at once. Over the shoulder shots give the impression of seriousness between the two characters because you're only able to to see one character at a time. The final edit of the dialogue could have been a bit more realistic because there is some extra space between each sentence. The mood of the video is serious and we were able to do this by pausing a lot in the dialogue. While using over the shoulder, it's important to do all of one character's dialogue at one time so the camera position stays consistant.
